The rotary rinsing machine PRIMA A, entirely realized in stainless steel, removes the dust and the impurity within the bottle through a jet of sterile water.

The bottles are taken and overturned by the tongs to be placed at the spray nozzles. The injection system triggers the washing only in the presence of the bottle.

According to the bottles size, it’s possible to adjust electrically the height of the rinsing machine.

The machine is equipped with an inverter that allows the speed regulation.

The installed conveyors and the screw are easily replaceable depending on the different sizes and dimensions of the used bottle.
